Dear Colleagues I am pleased to announce the publication of the newly revised CPS Diversity and Inclusion Statement for the Bar.

Hate Crime Report 2018-2019

This is the eleventh Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) hate crime report, and brings together information on CPS performance in prosecuting racist and religious hate crime, homophobic and transphobic crime, crimes against the older person and disability hate crime.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Objectives 2020–2022

Increase diverse workforce representation and declaration rates to ensure the CPS workforce is representative of the communities we serve and the rate of people declaring their personal information on our HR system is at or above 75%.

Gender pay gap reports

Gender Pay Gap legislation (developed by the Government Equalities Office) introduced in April 2017 requires all employers of 250 or more employees to publish their gender pay gap for workers in scope as of 31 March of each year.
