Sustainable Development in the CPS

Publication

The responsibility for Sustainable Development in the CPS lies with the Procurement & Estates Division, which is part of the Finance Directorate. The CPS' Sustainable Development Policy is available on the website.

The Solicitor General, Oliver Heald QC MP, represents the Law Officer's Departments (which includes the CPS) on Sustainable Development matters. The Attorney General's office can be reached here.

The CPS, like all other Government departments, has signed up to the Greening Government Commitments (GGC). Details can be found at Defra.

We, along with the other LODs departments, report our performance in the Greening Government Commitments Annual Report.

The CPS has published a Green ICT Policy and Action Plan.
