Memorandum of Understanding Between the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) concerning Section 46 Sexual Offences Act 2003
This Memorandum of Understanding between the CPS and ACPO has been drafted in accordance with domestic and European law and acknowledges those professionally involved in the management, operation or use of networks and services to be re-assured of protection where they are acting to combat the creation and distribution of images of child abuse.
