Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would request you to respond to questions included in the attachment. 

Response 

The CPS does hold some information in scope of your request, however some of the information sought has been withheld under section 31(1)(a) of the FOIA – Law Enforcement.  Please see the attached section 17 notice for details of our decision. The CPS’ responses have been added to ‘the attachment’ you provided when making your request, those responses are in blue for ease of reference. Please refer to the enclosed file entitled ‘Attachment FOI Request ref 11312’.
