Equality, diversity and Inclusion roles in the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS)

This is an information request relating to Equality, diversity and Inclusion roles in your organisation.
Please include the following information for each of the following financial years; 2021-22, 2022-23, and 2023-24:

  • Total number of EDI staff employed for each financial year
  • A breakdown of the staff employed including:
  1. The job titles
  2. The pay band associated with each role

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) holds the information you have requested.

Please see attached ‘12902 DATA’ which provides the number of full-time equivalent personnel aligned to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) within the CPS, with corresponding job titles and salary ranges for each of the financial years 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24.

Please note, the job titles marked ‘HQ’ are aligned to CPS Headquarters and are responsible for EDI work within the CPS in relation to employees. Inclusion and Community Engagement Managers are based within CPS Areas locally and are external facing with a focus on community engagement.
