I would like to make an FOI request for a list of all of the instances in which the DPP has given remarks (as a panellist, in a “fireside chat” or otherwise as a named public speaker) at industry conferences in the 2023 and 2024 calendar years.
Please provide the requested information in the form of a table, listing the name and date of the conference they appeared at and whether or not the entirety of their remarks was provided in an “on the record” capacity (meaning any member of the press in attendance was permitted to freely report on their remarks).

For the purposes of answering this question the term “industry conference” has been interpreted as any conference or speaking event held by private companies, other government departments, policing or prosecution partners (domestic and overseas), non-government organisations and international organisations. We have marked as N/A any event which was not open to the media (and therefore the ‘on the record’ distinction as defined in the request does apply). The following is a list of external events (including events with operational partners) that the Director of Public Prosecutions participated in the 2023 and 2024 calendar years:
