Response

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) can confirm that the court imposed a confiscation order for the offence of Robbery, for the sum of £7,500 on 10 April 2013. The offender has paid £7,258.80 towards the order.

This information was obtained from an external multi-agency database with data recorded up to 12 June 2025, for confiscation orders granted under the Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) 2002 Act following criminal convictions for robbery in the above-named case.

Individuals from multiple agencies are involved with inputting and updating records on this external database, and as with any large-scale recording system, the data may be subject to possible errors with data entry and processing. The multi-agency database is a live database, with no data freeze, therefore the data is subject to change.

The Payment details are recorded by HM Courts and Tribunal Service (HMCTS) as a confiscation order is payable to the magistrates’ court, and HMCTS are ultimately responsible for collecting the debt owed by a case subject on a confiscation order. The lead enforcement agency may have been the CPS or HMCTS.
