CPS Proceeds of Crime Confiscation orders - value of assets recovered and amount returned to victims

Request

For the year 2022/23 I would like to request:

1. The value of assets recovered from criminals in CPS Confiscation order
2. The proportion when CPS Proceeds of Crime Division acted as lead enforcement agency
3. The amount returned to victims.

Response

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) does collate and record information falling within the scope of your request and so, I attach an Excel spreadsheet labelled ‘12341 DATA’. The caveats appended to that data should be noted when considering that disclosure.
