This document descibes the national review carried out by the CPS of all its Local Scrutiny Involvement Panels in 2012-13 and plans for future development in community engagement as a result of this review.
Access For All identifies the work that is being done across the CPS to improve the experience of disabled staff, and their colleagues and managers, at work and to promote disability equality. A 2008 review undertaken of the first tranche of 23 Specialist Domestic Violence Courts, which were selected in 2005/06, indicating the success of these system in improving both prosecution of domestic violence cases and safety of victims.
These reports are the interim and final evaluations of Domestic Violence Pilot Sites at Caerphilly (in Gwent, Wales) and Croydon (in London, England). The two sites evaluated here, whilst part of the same project, piloted different ways to improve the response to domestic violence.

The Specialist Domestic Violence Court (SDVC) programme has been running since 2005 and there are now 127 courts across the country. Local Criminal Justice Boards (LCJBs) will have responsibility for the governance and perfomance management aspects of SDVCs from 1 April 2010. This list dated 23rd October 2009 shows at a glance what courts fall within each LCJB area and will help identify, which courts have received official accreditation.
