A man who used a computer programme and AI technology to alter photographs of real children to create sexual abuse images, and encouraged the rape of children via the internet, has been jailed.

Kara Alexander, 47, of Dagenham, was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 24 years after she murdered two-year-old Elijah Thomas and five-year-old Marley Thomas in the bath at their home in December 2022.
