A carer who sexually assaulted a young woman in a residential care facility while she was having a series of epileptic seizures has been jailed for six years.
The common law partner of a man, suspected to have been involved in Swedish organised
crime and who was assassinated on his doorstep in Battersea, has agreed to pay a six-figure
sum after civil recovery proceedings were brought by the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
Street harassment such as cyber-flashing, upskirting or the exposure of genitals in a public place are crimes which can and will be prosecuted the CPS has stressed, as new legal guidance is published today.
