Board composition

Our Board provides strategic leadership and is collectively responsible for delivering our organisational objectives. It plays a key role in ensuring that the organisation is equipped to provide a professional, efficient and high quality service and is supported by committees. Our Board is chaired by Caroline Corby, the lead non-executive Board Member. The role of the non-executive Board Members and independent committee members is to provide external perspective, challenge and advice on matters referred to the Board or Committees.
