“I’m a Policy Lead for our Disproportionality Programme which aims to eliminate racial bias in our legal decision making and embed an anti-racist culture across the CPS.
“I am really proud of the breadth of delivery across the programme this year, but particularly of the cross-criminal justice system senior leadership conference we jointly held with the National Police Chiefs Council. It was a landmark moment and such a privilege to host more than 100 leaders from across the criminal justice system. We heard from researchers, community voices and criminal justice leaders, all there to help us reflect on how we can challenge and eliminate racial bias in our respective organisations.”
