Domestic Abuse Guidelines for Prosecutors
These guidelines, produced following a public consultation, update and combine the former CPS Policy on prosecuting cases of Domestic Violence and the CPS Legal Guidance on Domestic Violence. They explain how the CPS deals with cases involving domestic abuse/domestic violence. Their launch on 29 December 2014 was accompanied by a press release.
