Involving communities

Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Mersey-Cheshire is a public service and as such we fully understand the importance of, and are committed to, involving local people in what we do, whenever we can.

We ask local neighbourhoods what is important to them and aim to consider their concerns when we make decisions about prosecutions.

We also use the expertise and grassroots knowledge of community and voluntary sector groups when reviewing cases, to ensure that we can continually improve the service we provide.
