R v Eleftherios Zampoulakis
A man who was caught out ‘upskirting’ women in Oxford Street’s Topshop and later found to have dozens of such videos of women being filmed without their knowledge, was sentenced after pleading guilty to his crimes. Eleftherios Zampoulakis, 34, was also prosecuted for a number of indecent images of children and animals found on his devices. He was sentenced in February at Southwark Crown Court to an 18-month prison sentence suspended for two years. He was also given a sexual harm prevention order.

R v Ibrahim Rahman
A 21-year-old who sexually assaulted a woman after she had passed out after drinking was prosecuted. Ibrahim Rahman assaulted the victim as she lay unconscious on a sofa at an address in Lambeth. A video of the incident was found by police officers investigating. Rahman was sentenced in February at Inner London Crown Court to 12 months in custody suspended for two years and ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work.

R v Matthew Seurre
A man who used a chat site to encourage users purporting to be 13-year-olds to engage in sexual activity, was jailed following a prosecution. Matthew Seurre, 30, sent sexual images over the site and also encouraged those he communicated with to send such images to him. He was also found to have a number of indecent images on his phone. Seurre was jailed in February at Croydon Crown Court for 42 months and given an indefinite sexual harm prevention order.

R v Christopher McCulloch Martin
Police officers who were called to Clapham South tube station after calls that a man had attempted to communicate sexually with a 13-year-old and arranged to meet her. Christopher Martin, 45, was sentenced after pleading guilty to three counts of attempting to engage in sexual communications with a child. In February at Kingston Crown Court he was sentenced to 30 weeks in prison suspended for 18 months and given a sexual harm prevention order.
