Rape Prosecution Policy
The CPS has recently consulted on its updated Rape Policy Statement – how we charge and prosecute rape cases, as well as a Guide for Rape Victims and our Commitment to Rape Victims. These documents represent our current policy, and we will publish the finalised versions of these in due course.
