| CPS Board | The primary function of the CPS Board is to agree the strategic direction and priorities for the CPS and to provide a forum for constructive challenge on proposals and the implementation of decisions by the Executive Committee as appropriate. |
Ministerial Strategic Board (Attorney General’s Office/CPS) | The Ministerial Strategic Board is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction for the CPS and jointly holding the CPS to account for the delivery of its strategic objectives. |
