Charlotte Frazier–Doody charged with murder of elderly man

Martin Lindop, Sector Crown Prosecutor at Crown Prosecution Service in the West Midlands, said:

"I have advised officers from West Midlands Police that there is sufficient evidence and that it is in the public interest to charge a 35 year old woman, Charlotte Frazier-Doody, with the murder of elderly William Davis at his home address in Willenhall, West Midlands on 1 April 2012.

"This decision was taken in accordance with the Code for Crown Prosecutors.

"The defendant will appear at Wolverhampton Magistrates' court on Saturday 7 April for a first appearance."
