Working with our community
"We want to work with our communities to understand the issues faced by people living across Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Wiltshire. By listening to your opinions on the work that we do our decisions will be better informed and we can continually improve our service."
Carrie Sanderson, Equality, Diversity and Community Engagement Manager.

Hate Crime Scrutiny Panels
Hate crimes are those which are motivated by hostility as a result of a victim's race, religion, sexuality, gender identity, age or disability.
In 2008 each Area within CPS Wessex set up its own Hate Crime Scrutiny Panel which meets four times a year. The panels are vitally important and have a crucial part to play in helping us to ensure our service to victims and witnesses is always as good as it can be.
