Woman charged with neglect - Bedfordshire

Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has today, Thursday, 19 July 2012, authorised officers from Bedfordshire Police to charge a woman with Neglect (Contrary to Section 44 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005).

Susan McLaughlin, aged 43, of Brunel Road, Luton was arrested after an incident, which involved an elderly lady being left on a bus in Luton, was reported to Bedfordshire Police on Wednesday, 02 May 2012.

Susan McLaughlin will appear at Luton Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, 08 August 2012.
