Two men jailed for robbery - Milton Keynes


Two men appeared at Amersham Crown Court on Wednesday, 10 September 2014, and were jailed for a combined total of six years after being convicted of robbery.

Patrick Allen, aged 40, of no fixed abode, and Daniel Brice, aged 25, of no fixed abode, pleaded not guilty to one count of robbery, but were found guilty by a jury after a trial.

Both were sentenced to three years imprisonment.

At around 3pm on 09 April 2014, Allen and Brice attacked a 44-year-old man outside Greggs, near Milton Keynes Railway Station. They punched and kicked him and stole £40 cash and his bank card.

The victim sustained cuts and grazes to his face and leg.
