Three men charged with murder - Milton Keynes


Three men have, today, Thursday, 24 January 2013, been charged with murder in connection with the death of a 24-year-old man from Milton Keynes.

Joseph Kent died at Milton Keynes Hospital on Tuesday, 15 January 2013, after being assaulted outside the Xscape building in Milton Keynes in the early hours of Sunday, 13 January 2013.

Samir Bostan, aged 25, of Wolston Meadow, Middleton; Tariq Bostan, aged 26, of Sarum Road, Luton, and Hamza Noor, aged 22, of Ranelagh Road, Wembley, were charged with murder when they appeared before Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court.

All three had initially been charged with GBH, but the charges were reviewed by the Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) following Joseph's death and they have now been charged with murder.

All three men are next due to appear at Luton Crown Court on Monday, 28 January 2013, for a preliminary hearing.
