Three men charged with manslaughter - Maidenhead

Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has authorised officers from Thames Valley Police to charge three men with the manslaughter of a 34-year-old man following an incident, which occurred at the Boulters Lock Hotel, in November 2012.

Marcin Pastusczak was taken to Wexham Park Hospital following the incident at the hotel in Boulters Lock Island at about 11pm on Wednesday, 07 November, but died of his injuries the following day.

Jake Corney, aged 22, of Filmer Road in Windsor; Gary Eastley, aged 25, of Moor Lane in Maidenhead, and Dawid Lamkowski, aged 29, of Snowdon Avenue in Maidstone, Kent, have all been charged today with one count of manslaughter.

The men have been released on bail to appear before Slough Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, 06 August.
