Operation Rouse - 13 more charged

Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has authorised officers from Thames Valley Police to charge thirteen more people following a series of drugs warrants, which were executed at properties in Milton Keynes yesterday, Tuesday, 11 December 2012, as part of Operation Rouse.

A total of 17 people were arrested as a result of 15 warrants, which were executed under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

To date, 44 people have been arrested as part of the operation following the execution of 41 warrants yesterday morning, Tuesday, 11 December 2012, and on Thursday, 06 December 2012.

Operation Rouse is a continuing investigation into the supply and use of drugs, and related crime in the Milton Keynes area.

The details of the thirteen charged are as follows:

Saleh Sidah, aged 40, from Silbury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, has been charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Ismail Nasir, aged 39, from Burnet, Stantonbury, Milton Keynes, has been charged with one count of offering to supply class A drugs.

Robert Hill, aged 29, of North Seventh Street, Milton Keynes, has been charged with the supply of a class A drug, and possession of a class B drug.

Mohammed Ali, aged 29, from Porthleven Place, Fishermead, has been charged with the supply of a class A drug, and being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Levi Way, aged 28, from Chervil, Beanhill, Milton Keynes, has been charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Mark Simpson, aged 39, of no fixed abode has been charged with supply of class A drugs.

Neil Emery, aged 34, from White Alder, Stacey Bushes, Milton Keynes, has been charged with supply of class A drugs.

Thomas Casey, aged 23, of Mullens Avenue, Downs Barn, has been charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Michael McGinn, aged 24, of North Seventh Street, Milton Keynes, has been charged with two counts of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

Luke Nesbitt, aged 21, from Goddards Croft, Wolverton, has been charged with three counts of supplying class A drugs, and one count of being concerned in the offer to supply class A drugs.

Jason Butler, aged 21, from North Tenth Street, Milton Keynes, has been charged with being concerned in the offer to supply a class A drug.

John Baillie, aged 36, from Waterside, Peartree Bridge, Milton Keynes, has been charged with the supply of a class A drug.

Swalah Jezan, aged 25, from Speedwell Place, Conniburrow, has been charged with two counts of possession of a class A drug with intent to supply, one count of possession of a class B drug, and one count of being concerned in the supply of a class A drug.

All 13 have been remanded in custody to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday, 12 December 2012.

The remaining four men, aged 20, 22, 23, and 28 have been released on police bail, pending further enquiries, to attend Milton Keynes police station at the end of January.
