Men charged in connection with racist graffiti - Maidenhead

Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has authorised officers from Thames Valley Police to charge two men in connection with criminal damage at a mosque.

Lee Hunt,  aged 26,  of Lincoln Road, Maidenhead, and Gary Nuth, aged 22, of Kingfisher Drive,  Maidenhead have both been charged with two counts of racially/religiously aggravated criminal damage, one count of criminal damage, and one count of theft.

The charges relate to an incident, which occurred at a mosque in Holmanleaze in the early hours of 08 June, where graffiti was sprayed onto the side wall of the mosque.

The men have been bailed to appear before Slough Magistrates' Court on Friday, 12 July 2013.
