Man sentenced for burglary/handling stolen goods - Oxford


A 39-year-old man was sentenced to 5-years imprisonment at Oxford Crown Court on Friday, 22 June 2012, after pleading guilty to one count of burglary and one count of handling stolen goods, and asking for a further 11 offences to be taken into consideration.

Jason Callaghan of no fixed abode admitted to a burglary at St Edmunds Hall, Queens Lane, Oxford, which took place on Monday, 10 October 2011.

He also admitted to handling stolen goods from a burglary, which had occurred at Regents Park College on Pusey Street on Thursday, 03 November 2011.

The other 11 offences took place in the Oxford area between January 2011 and October 2011.
