Man in court charged with murder in Slough


Eddington Chigora (43) of 1 Buttermere Avenue, Slough, was due to appear at Slough magistrates’ court today (21/4), charged with the murder of Adigun Omobolaji (41) of Farnham Road, Slough, on the advice of the CPS.

CPS lawyer, Louise Chitty, from the Thames and Chiltern Complex Casework Unit, said: 'I have today advised charging Eddington Chigora with the murder of Adigun Omobolaji. Mr Omobolaji was driven to Slough police station in a taxi on 19 April, suffering from serious stab wounds. He later died in hospital.

'Chigora, who also attended the police station, was arrested on suspicion of murder the same day and is due to appear in court today in Slough charged with the murder of Mr Omobolaji.'
