Man charged with murder - Nash

Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has authorised officers from Thames Valley Police to charge a man with murder.

Addy McAllister, aged 33, of, Charlesworth Street, Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, was charged this morning, Thursday, 26 March 2015, with murder.

The charge is in relation to the death of Adam Fanelli, aged 31, from Dunstable, Bedfordshire, who was found deceased in Nash Park, Winslow Road, Nash, Buckinghamshire, on Tuesday, 17 March 2015.

Adrian Foster, Chief Crown Prosecutor for Thames and Chiltern Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said: "Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, a file was forwarded to us to consider whether any criminal charges could be brought against Addy McAllister.

"Having carefully reviewed all of the available evidence, Thames and Chiltern CPS authorised officers from Thames Valley Police to charge the man with murder.

"The charge is in relation to the death of 31-year-old Adam Fanelli, who was found deceased in Nash Park on Tuesday, 17 March 2015.

"The decision to charge was taken in accordance with the Code for Crown Prosecutors."

McAllister has been remanded in police custody to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates' Court today, Thursday, 26 March 2015.
