Ann Reddrop, Head of CCU

Ann Reddrop Ann joined the CPS at its inception in 1986 when she was already a practicing prosecuting solicitor in Winchester. Since then Ann has enjoyed the opportunity to work in various parts of the country including, Guildford; Gloucester; Plymouth and Exeter. Immediately before becoming Head of the CCU, she held the role of Special Casework Manager in Devon and Cornwall.

 

 

Ann's vision for the unit:

  • Identify suitable cases at the earliest possible opportunity
  • Continue to develop productive relationships with police and CPS Areas
  • Engage effectively with the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA), the Regional Crime Squad and the Regional Intelligence Unit
  • Help the police direct their resources at appropriate criminal targets
