Men charged in Robertsbridge investigation

The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised Sussex Police to charge five men in relation to the investigation into the murder of Julian Gardner.
Anthony Hill from the South East Complex Casework Unit said:
"I have today advised Sussex Police to charge four men with the burglary of Bush Barn Farm, near Robertsbridge, in the early hours of October 11 last year, during which the landowner, Julian Gardner, was killed.
"Additionally, these men and a fifth man are also charged with conspiring to pervert the course of public justice in relation to the investigation into the murder of Julian Gardner that then ensued. This decision was taken in accordance with the Code for Crown Prosecutors."
Lee Delay, 22; Christopher Leek, 29 and Paul Dunn, 56, plus a fourth man who will be charged tomorrow (Friday 8th April) are all charged with burglary and conspiring to pervert the course of public justice.
Terence Dunn, 55, is charged with conspiring to pervert the course of public justice.
The defendants will appear at Hastings Magistrates Court on Friday (April 8)
