Each CPS Area has a Complex Casework Unit, which has been set up to work in collaboration with the police to tackle organised and serious cross-border crime and to prosecute and disrupt criminal enterprises in the South East.

Nigel Pilkington (left) leads the South East team of staff who guide the three police forces in the region during complex and major investigations. The team is supported by a Unit Business Manager, Gary Williams, and is based in Maidstone, Kent.
