The CPS South East Area comprises the counties of Sussex, Kent and Surrey. We cover a large geographical area of 3550 square miles and a total population of 4,150,000.
Our Chief Crown Prosecutor has overall responsibility for the criminal cases prosecuted by the CPS in the South East.
