TACKLING ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR FOR YOU

CPS South Yorkshire works with the Police and Local Authorities to tackle nuisance neighbours, vandals and public disorder on behalf of local residents.

Individual acts of anti social behaviour may seem like a minor crime but where they are repeated or widespread, a small minority of people can create fear and misery within a community.

We regard anti social behaviour as a serious crime and will prosecute anti social behaviour and low level disorder offences whether neccessary.

We will apply for Anti Social Behaviour Orders to be made on conviction where appropriate and we will also support Local Authorities and the Police in the enforcement of any breaches of those orders.
