Note 23 to the Departmental Resource Accounts: Other financial commitments
The Department has entered into contracts, which are not leases or PFI contracts, only cancellable at a significant cost, for the delivery and support of the Department's finance system and implementation of a HR system. Additionally, the Department has entered into a contract for the implementation of a purchasing system. The payments to which the Department is committed during the year following the year of these accounts, analysed by the period during which the commitment expires are as follows.
