TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT FOR WORKING COMPRESSED HOURS
- Your application to work compressed hours, initially for a three month trial period, has been approved with effect from [date] subject to your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions set out below.
- You will normally work [36][37] hours per week over [4] days, [Monday to Thursday]. This will be your normal pattern of work. Following the trial period, you may be asked occasionally to modify these arrangements on a temporary basis to help meet short term operational needs. Any longer term or permanent requirement to change your working pattern will be discussed with you and will only be introduced with your prior agreement and confirmed in writing.
- Your rate of pay will be £xx,xxx. [plus RRA of £2,700.] per annum. You will be paid monthly in arrears by credit transfer to your bank account.
- You will receive a proportion of the annual leave allowance appropriate to your level, based on the number of days/hours you work in a week. As you intend to work [36] hours a week over [4] days, your annual leave allowance will be [172 hours and 48 minutes]. For the balance of your current annual leave year your allowance is xx hours and xx minutes.
