Unfortunately at this time I am unable to accommodate your request for flexible working as a parent/carer on the following business grounds (list reasons in detail):

- If you have any questions on the information provided in this minute please contact me to discuss them as soon as possible.
- If you feel that your request has not been considered properly you may appeal against the decision. You must make the appeal in writing to your ABM/Corporate HR Services within 10 working days after the date of receipt of this letter. The employee may seek advice from their TU representative.
