This Guidance is to come into operation in the following Areas with effect from 4th January 2005; Avon & Somerset, Cleveland, Greater Manchester, Humberside, Kent, Lancashire, London, Merseyside, Northumbria, Nottinghamshire, South Yorkshire, Thames Valley, West Midlands & West Yorkshire.
This Guidance is to come into effect in the following Areas on the dates specified below:
