Prosecutors advise murder charge over death in Burnage

Heather Alsop, reviewing lawyer for the Crown Prosecution Service, said:

 "I can confirm that, having reviewed a file passed to me by Greater Manchester Police, I have authorised that David Paul Harper, 27, of Glenhurst Road, Burnage, Manchester, be charged with the murder of Stacey Quigley.

"He will appear at Manchester City Magistrates' Court tomorrow."
