North West Group Statment re: Jonathan Rayfern

Rob Pett, spokesperson for Greater Manchester Crown Prosecution Service, said:
"I can confirm that, having reviewed a file passed to us by police, the CPS have authorised that Jonathan Rayfern, 32, be charged with five counts of fraud by false representation and three counts of dishonestly obtaining money by deception.
"These charges relate to the sales of forged artworks. Mr Rayfern, of New Sedgwick Mills, Manchester, will appear at Manchester city magistrates' court next month."
