Casework Results

CPS Northamptonshire deals with over 5,000 cases each year and has achieved an average conviction rate of 98% in the magistrates courts and 91% in the Crown Court (for the period April 2007 to the end of March 2008).

The most serious cases - often given a high profile in the media - are heard in the Crown Court. (Page currently under review to be updated in due course).
