About us
We are responsible for prosecuting people in Northamptonshire who have been investigated by the police and charged with a criminal offence. Northamptonshire Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) is one of forty-two local CPS Areas and we prosecute crimes ranging from motoring offences through to murder.

- We prosecute cases in magistrates' courts countywide, including Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby, Daventry and Towcester.
