The following indictment has been lodged with Peterborough Magistrate Court in respect of Maxine Ann Carr.
Count 1
Maxine Ann Carr on 22nd April 1996 at Grimsby in the District of North East Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a pecuniary advantage, namely the opportunity to earn remuneration or greater remuneration in employment as a Production Operative with Blue Crest Limited, by deception, namely by falsely representing her qualifications in an application for employment date 3rd April 1996.
Contrary to Section 1691) of the Theft Act 1968
Count 2
Maxine Ann Carr on 20th April 2001 at Scunthrorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire attempted dishonestly to obtained for herself a pecuniary advantage, namely to be given the opportunity to earn remuneration or greater remuneration in an employment as a Store Associate with Bhs Limited, by deception, namely by falsely representing her qualifications in an application for employment dated 20 April 2001.
Contrary to Section 1(1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981

Maxine Ann Carr on 26th January 2002 at Soham in the County of Cambridgeshire attempted dishonestly to obtained for herself a pecuniary advantage, namely to be given the opportunity to earn remuneration or greater remuneration in an employment as a Sales Assistant at he One Stop Shop employed by T&S stores plc, by deception namely by falsely representing her qualifications in an applications for employment dated 26th January 2002.

Maxine Ann Carr on 26th January 2002 at Soham in the County of Cambridgeshire dishonestly obtained for herself a pecuniary advantage, namely to be given the opportunity to earn remuneration or greater remuneration in an employment as a Temporary General Assistant at St Andrew’s Church of England Primary School employed by Cambridgeshire County Council, by deception, namely by falsely representing her qualifications in an application for employment dated 26th April 2002.
Contrary to Section 16(10 of the Theft Act 1968

Maxine Ann Carr on or before 4th July 2002 at Soham in the County of Cambridgeshire attempted dishonestly to obtain for herself a pecuniary advantage, namely to be given the opportunity to earn remuneration or greater remuneration in an employment as a General Assistant at St Andrew’s Church of England Primary School employed by Cambridgeshire County Council, by deception, namely by falsely representing her qualifications in a curriculum vitae.
Contrary to Section 1(1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 17th August 2000 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire attempted dishonestly to obtain a money transfer relating to Housing Benefit from North Lincolnshire Council for herself or another by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to the said North Lincolnshire Council that she was not living with a partner.
Contrary to Section 1(1) Criminal Attempts Act 1981

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 17th April 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a money transfer in the sum of £210 by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.
Contrary to Section 15A(1) of the Theft Act 1968

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 25th April 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a money transfer in the sum of £120 by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.
Contrary to section 15A(1) of the Theft Act 1968

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 23rd May 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a money transfer in the sum of £120 by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.
Contrary to section 15A(1) of the Theft Act 1968

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 13th June 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a money transfer in the sum of £45 by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 15th August 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a money transfer in the sum of £132 by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 12th September 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a money transfer in the sum of £132 by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 10th October 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a money transfer in the sum of £132 by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.

Maxine Ann Carr on or about 7th November 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire dishonestly obtained for herself a money transfer in the sum of £132 by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.
Contrary to section 15A(1) of the Theft Act 1968
Count 17
Maxine Ann Carr on or about 5th December 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire attempted dishonestly to obtain a money transfer in the sum of £33 for herself or another by deception, namely by falsely representing in an application to North Lincolnshire Council for Housing Benefit that she was not living with a partner.
Contrary to Section 1(1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981

Maxine Ann Carr on 15th February 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire, in furnishing information for the accounting purposes of the Department of Work and Pensions, dishonestly and with a view to gain for herself or another or with intent to cause loss to another, produced a Job Seekers Allowance claim form to the said Department which to her knowledge was or might have been misleading, false or deceptive in a material particular in that it asserted that she was not living with a partner.
Contrary to Section 17(1)(b) of the Theft Act 1968

Maxine Ann Carr on 15th June 2001 at Scunthorpe in the District of North Lincolnshire, in furnishing information for the accounting purposes of the Department of Work and Pensions, dishonestly and with a view to gain for herself or another or with intent to cause loss to another, produced an Income Support claim form to the said Department which to her knowledge was or might have been misleading, false or deceptive in a material particular in that it asserted that she was not living with a partner.
