Brothers guilty of firearms offences
29/06/2012
Two brothers have been found guilty of possessing an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence during an incident at a Chester pub.
Lee Ward, 31, of Blacon, and brother Scott Ward, 23, of Lache, had both denied that charge and affray during an incident at the Waggon and Horses pub in Blacon at about 1am on January 14 2012.
But a jury of eight men and four women at Chester Crown Court took just an hour and a half to unanimously find the brothers guilty of both offences.
