Offence: Using someone to mind a weapon

A person is guilty of an offence if-

  1. he uses another to look after, hide or transport a dangerous weapon for him; and
  2. he does so under arrangements or in circumstances that facilitate, or are intended to facilitate, the weapon's being available to him for an unlawful purpose.
