Andrew Baxter Chief Crown Prosecutor for NorfolkThe Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor responsible for Norfolk is Andrew Baxter.

Our priorities are:

  • Championing justice and the rights of all victims and witnesses, and providing a premium quality of care and information through our Witness Care Unit
  • Working with our colleagues in Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex to develop the Complex Casework Unit to enhance the capability to deal with the most serious cases

Increasing public confidence by developing work on prosecuting all Violence against Women crimes

                                       Depriving criminals of proceeds of crime by confiscating assets

This demonstrates our improved performance through implementation of statutory charging and the improved support services being offered to victims and witnesses before, during and after the court appearance by the Witness Care Unit in Norfolk.
