Welcome to the Performance page of the website.

My name is Jason Putman and I am the Area Business Manager for Dorset. I am responsible for our performance and Resources.

My task is to ensure that we perform well against nationally set targets whilst keeping within the resources allocated by the Treasury.

Dorset Area Business Plan 2007 - 2008 

2 Public Service Agreement (PSA) Targets, 6 Priorities, 15 Themes, 31 Local Targets

They fit into the National CPS Plan and this in turn fits into the Strategic Plan for Criminal Justice 2004-08 called 'Cutting Crime, Delivering Justice' with the aim of all agencies working to targets and priorities that fit together and that are not in conflict with each other. The Office of Criminal Justice Reform was set up in July 2004 to support this joined-up approach.
