Hate Crime Scrutiny Panels
We are committed to changing the way in which we prosecute hate crimes to meet the needs to of the community. As a result we are setting up a Hate Crime Scrutiny Panel to look at how we have handled finalised hate crime cases, and improve the way in which we have done this.

CPS DORSET ANNUAL REPORT: 149% INCREASE IN HOUSE ADVOCACY
A 149 per cent increase in the number of Crown Court cases prosecuted internally (as apposed to instructing Counsel) is one of the successes outlined in the Dorset Annual Report published today.
