Administrators
Our administrative staff work in a number of functions, such as finance, information technology, training, personnel and management support.
They carry out a variety of functions to support team members, including dealing with correspondence, updating and maintaining records held on computer, filing and retrieval of paperwork and dealing with any telephone enquiries.
You will need:
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work and manage your own time effectively.
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently and take clear and accurate messages.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- The ability to be able to demonstrate initiative, drive and determination within a team environment, and to share ideas and build effective working relationships.
