The Crown Prosecution Service produces a range of publications that provide information about the work we do and the policies and procedures we work to.
These include our policies on prosecuting racist and religiously aggravated crime, rape, domestic violence, homophobic crime or cases involving children and young people as victims and witnesses.

CPS Derbyshire Overall Performance Assessment
In December 2005 Her Majesty's Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate (HMCPSI) published their inspection report on CPS Derbyshire.
HMCPSI evaluated Derbyshire CPS's performance in 14 key areas of its work. The Area was awarded an overall performance rating of fair, receiving 6 good gradings and 8 fair gradings. No aspect of its performance was rated as poor.
